Only for attendees: Google Project Glass has opened for pre-order

Originally, Google Project Glass is a prototype, but now it’s ready… for the Google I/O attendees. Google has just opened the pre-order of Project Glass. Only the I/O attendees can place the order today at US$1,500. The product will be delivered next year. Video after the break.

The weight is less than many sunglasses, according to the announcement. It has 3G/4G data (multiple radios), microphones, speakers, a camera (with video obviously,) sensors, compass, gyro, and more.

Although this will be only available for I/O attendees, you will need to admit Project Glass is very innovative.
